The Company
The brainchild of a frazzled GP, our client is a fast growing Australian software startup with their patient scheduling software already in use by more than a fifth of medical practices in Australia since it hit the market only a few years ago.
The market presence they have gained in the last few years has been accomplished with a small but dedicated team, and now that they have gained real traction in the market the time has come to grow the sales team to new heights by bringing on further results driven sales professionals.

The Role
A natural rapport builder, you love what you do and the people you do it for. Our client doesn't believe in micromanagement - just results. You have proven you have the ability to make things happen in past sales roles, and you will be well rewarded for your skills here with a lucrative and uncapped commission structure.
In addition, with plans to double the sales head count in the next 6 months and triple it within the year there will also be a need to scale the team which could see you move in a position of greater responsibility- if you are the right person.

You
  • Sales experience (1 year minimum)
  • Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets/KPIs
  • Initiative and the ability to think outside the box
  • Collaborative, team player

Benefits
  • $60K base (plus commission & super)= $120K+ OTE
