The Company
Northern Coalfields Community Care Association ('NCCCA') provides Residential Aged and Community Care Services to our valued residents in the Cessnock local government area.  NCCCA has 139 residential aged care beds over two sites. 
The Opportunity
Vacancies currently exist for experienced and motivated Enrolled and Registered Nurses to join our team in Cessnock.  In these rol
es you will work closely with staff, residents and families providing individualised care, clinical support and guidance to staff.
Registered Nurse Essential Requirements
  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Experience in Aged Care/ Dementia specific care
  • Experience in leading and managing staff to provide quality care to residents  
  • Demonstrated competence in the management and application of clinical nursing procedures that meet current best practice in Aged Care
  • Demonstrated commitment and capacity to implement and support Quality Improvement
  • Sound knowledge of ACFI and Aged Care Standards
  • 2 contactable clinical references from a line manager
  • Availability for a minimum of x 2 shifts per week
  • Current National Criminal History Check suitable for Aged Care.
