An opportunity has now become available for an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to lead, drive and maintain a place of development.


  • Applicants must hold a Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), and/or studying towards a Bachelor Degree in Education
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Knowledge of CCMS and Hubworks or similar would be advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to learn and willingness to undertake  training when required
  • Anaphylaxis/ Asthma/ CPR and First Aid Certificates
  • Friendly, approachable and energetic
  • Dedicated to developing the future of children

 About your day:
  • Guide and Lead a Dynamic team
  • Manage the day to day running of the Centre in correspondence with company policies and procedures
  • Manage rosters
  • Maintain and ensure the Centre is compliant with all State legislation and National Quality Standards
  • Deliver consistent high quality care and presentation to all work practices
  • Construct and uphold strong relationships with team members, parents, children and the wider community
  • Manage centre budgets
  • Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times
