Bookkeeper / Office Manager Jobs in Australia



ARE YOU THE NEW CRU RECRUIT?
The newest recruit to Cru Collective will be an experienced Bookkeeping Whiz and Office Guru. You will have qualifications in bookkeeping and at least 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
You will be driven, proactive and possess the skills and attitude to problem solve with a knack for finding 'win win' outcomes. We
do not micro-manage our team so you will need to be independent, punctual and accurate with professional presentation and an interest in the property industry.
You must be highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The individual who takes on this role will relish the opportunity to support the financial department of the business and day to day operation of the office.
You will work directly with the Finance Manager and Managing Director of Cru.
BOOKKEEPING RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Bank reconciliations for multiple entities
  • Accounts payable processing & reconciliation
  • Accounts receivable & internal invoice processing
  • Payroll processing including superannuation
  • Loan account reconciliations
  • Credit card reconciliations
OFFICE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Master of first impressions (answering phones and greeting clients)
  • Meeting and Boardroom preparation for senior management
  • General office administration (stationary orders, mail registry)
  • Minor cleaning / office upkeep
  • Minor P.A tasks for Managing Director as required
  • Support to senior management as required
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Experience with QuickBooks / Reckon, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Bookkeeping role
  • OCD (not literally) - but excellent attention to detail is a must
  • Magic organisational skills to ensure a shipshape office
  • Superb communication skills and a sense of humour

REMUNERATION
Full time salaried position. Salary pending experience. Immediate start.
