We have over 115 restaurants in Australia located in every state and 10+ restaurants in Thailand, New Zealand and Ireland. We are growing rapidly and will to continue to expand throughout Australia and internationally opening 40+ restaurants per year.
Retail Operations Administrator
The Retail Operations Administrator will be responsible for the coordination and organisation of the National Retail Operations Team.
This critical role will encompass a number of key responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:
  • Restaurant support - Managing all administrative requirements in the lead up to and post a new restaurant opening
  • Customer complaints -  Maintaining, analysing, responding to and reporting on customer complaints using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
  • Administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) - Establishing and maintaining the LMS, including creating and managing documents, calendar and overall database
  • Maintenance of all operations manuals - Ensuring that all manuals are regularly updated with current content
  • Project Coordination - Coordinating and organising all projects by keeping up to date gantt charts, providing project report / updates and meeting minutes
  • Communications - Managing all learning and retail operations communications to the franchise network
  • IT Support - Providing administrative support the IT Department
  • Reporting and Administrative Management - Running all required monthly reports for the Management team and Board of Directors
