Charterhouse,Childcare | ECT Qualified Nominated Supervisor | Parramatta

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nominated Supervisor to work Full Time in a family owned centre, situated in a central location in Parramatta.  

This centre offers extremely high Educational standards, providing an exceedingly stimulating and supportive environment for staff and children alike. Considered applicants will be strongly motivated, have a passion for working with children and work well as part of a team. 

This 54 place centre caters for 0-5 year olds, and the position will be in the Preschool room. Ideal applicants will be skilled in their programming and documentation abilities (strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework is essential).  Moreover, applicants need to be confident in their abilities as an educator and possess the communication skills to interact with the children, staff and families. 

As the Nominated Supervisor, you will be expected to have had previous Nominated Supervisor experience, and possess the desired leadership qualities in order to oversee the general running of the centre. You'll work closely with the Director in terms of rostering, acting as a mentor to staff and overseeing the programming/documentation tasks at the centre. The role will incorporate time on the floor along with designated time in the office.
