Driveline is a locally owned and operated automotive aftermarket company specialising in the manufacture, export, import, supply and distribution of a comprehensive range of underbody parts and services for passenger, performance, 4WD, truck, bus, agricultural and mining equipment. We are a growing company, with over 30 years of industry experience, now operating nine branches stretching along the eastern seaboard of Australia from Townsville to Melbourne and also west to Perth.

Driveline requires a self-motivated, highly organised Financial Administrator to manage a small accounts team. This is a diverse, hands-on role encompassing financial and administrative duties, with specific responsibilities including:
·         Month end processing of journals, accruals and expense allocations
·         Month end report preparation and analysis
·         Development and maintenance of accounting procedures as part of continuous improvement
·         Analysis of expenses and reporting suggested cost saving opportunities
·         Creation and maintenance of Excel based branch and product sales reports
·         Maintain the fixed asset register across 9 sites
·         Manage overseas supplier payments
·         Credit card and phone bill reconciliations
·         Motor vehicle fleet administration, including preparation of FBT supporting reports
·         Annual payroll reconciliations for Workers Compensation renewals
·         Administration and improvement of company financial procedures
The successful applicant will possess:
·         Proven experience in a similar hands-on accounting role working in a team environment
·         Experience with an integrated ERP system
·         Excel skills, including report development, data extraction, and understanding the needs of report users
·         Attention to detail and highly organised, with the ability to work autonomously
·         Strong written and verbal communication skills
·         Deadline driven
·         Knowledge of the Momentum Pro computer system would be an advantage
·         A tertiary qualification would be an advantage
