Our Client, a Spanish luxury house is seeking an experienced retail Store Manager to launch their first flagship within Australia. The successful candidate will enjoy an all-encompassing role and be responsible for the day to day operations including driving high staff engagement to ensure productivity, sales and inventory management delivery is in line with stated KP
Is. In this front facing role, the manager will lead by example to create exceptional client experiences and contribute to an evolving and sustainable business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Drive and deliver compliance in accordance with global brand standards and guidelines to ensure on-point representation
  • Creating and monitoring sales performance providing feedback on store traffic, transaction  value, inventory gaps, clients requests to ensure future buys are in line with growing client demands.
  • Generate sales to achieve targets, managing and supporting the team to optimise outcomes, utilising relevant sales tools
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and effective inventory management
  • Train and motivate all associates through on-going programs in sales, customer service and product knowledge
  • Manage and organise general administration of boutique, including rosters, repairs, return client concerns and wage control
Requirements and Experience:
  • Minimum four years' at Store Manager level (or Assistant Manager for a large retail footprint) managing a team of more than five full-time staff
  • Proven exceptional communication skillsand the ability to use technology as a communication tool is paramount
  • Proven success in staff leadership and sales achievements both individual and team
  • Have a flexible attitude and strong work ethic
  • The ability to train and coach staff to maximise team potential
