We are Australia's leading foodservice distributor with a network of branches across the country.  Due to the continual growth of our business, an exciting opportunity has become available at our Adelaide Support Services office located at Gillman for a switched on, self-driven and adaptable team player to take on the full time role of Administration Assistant.
Reporting to the Operations Support Coordinator, your objectiv
e in this busy role will be to provide a high level of administrative support to the Operations Support team. You will be responsible for producing accurate reports and analysing an array of data using a range of computer programs, assisting with preparing tenders and liaising with suppliers, processing accounts payable invoices and a range of administrative support tasks.
To succeed you will have initiative and a 'can-do' attitude, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, along with high level communication skills.  The successful candidate will be a reliable and trustworthy individual who takes pride in all that they do. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:
  • Intermediate skills in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Success in managing multiple and diverse tasks
