Chandler Macleod Group Personal Care Attendants- Casual Homecare Job Vacancy in Australia

  • Lithgow Area!
  • Rewarding, Flexible work
  • Supportive Team

At Vivir, we are proud of our commitment to making life better for the elderly. Our teams of PCAs make a real difference every day to people in their own homes, helping them to fully live their lives confidently and independently.

We are just as passionate, however, about improving the working lives of each of our own team members. Established and run by like-minded healthcare professionals, and with the resources of the Chandler Macleod Group behind us, we offer the scale, support, flexibility and understanding you need to give your best at work whilst living your own life too.

For example, our friendly and efficient scheduling and support teams are there to help you make the most out of your time. We pay you weekly, based on an easy-to-use timesheet system, and we go out of our way to make sure you feel in touch and supported. We’re also keen to see you develop too, so professional development is ongoing. And, if you have ambitions to progress further, you’ll have one of the country’s most respected human resources groups to help you.

We would like to speak to qualified Personal Care Assistants who want to make a difference to the elderly within the community. We currently have a range of opportunities, the roles are on a casual basis providing personal care, domestic assistance, respite and transport to appointments.

To be eligible, you’ll need:

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care or Individual Support

• Certificates in First Aid & Manual Handling

• Valid working rights for Australia

• A current driver’s licence & vehicle

• A current National Police Check (valid for 2 years)

• A SmartPhone with internet access

Just as importantly, we’re looking for someone who is as passionate about making lives better as we are.

If that’s you, please apply now or if you would like to find out more, visit us at
