Loft Furniture is opening in Fitzroy in October and is looking for the right person to become an integral part of the team as a Senior Sales Person.
Client focused, brand savvy and a good understand of current design & style trends are the core values of the person we seek.
 Personal attributes should include

  • A strong interest, knowledge or experience in interior design, interiors or on trend fashion.
  • Diligent, Punctual & well presented.
  • Process driven with attention to detail.
  • Computer & software skills.
  • Follow & maintain Loft’s high customer service and retail standards.
  • Able to communicate professionally with management.
  • Experience & understanding or sales techniques and customer service.
 Job role expectation would be include
  • Greeting and building rapport with customers.
  • Understanding client’s needs and offering credible advice.
  • Maintaining the visual merchandising format and standards.
  • Following and completing administrative documents and reports.
  • Responsible for meeting sales targets.
  • General tidying and maintaining of the store presentation.
