About the role
We set ourselves apart on the quality of our account management. We're constantly going above and beyond, coming up with new ideas or opportunities that benefit our clients' businesses and motivate and inspire our colleagues.

As a Senior Account Manager/Account Director you will:
  • Act as the driving force and day-to-day manager for client and Principals projects
  • Be a clear channel of communication with your colleagues and clients
  • Help the team deliver great work for all our clients
  • Develop new business within your client portfolio and help win new business.

Your skills and capabilities
As well as an understanding and passion for brand and design, you'll have:
  • Enthusiasm, energy, tenacity and perseverance
  • Excellent communication skills backed by good presentation skills
  • An ability to think in a clear and structured way, and to inspire and manage others
  • Efficient time management skills, allowing you to juggle and prioritise tasks
  • Relevant computer skills (eg. Word, Excel)

What you'll need
This is a senior role, so as well as relevant industry or tertiary qualifications, you'll have at least four years' experience in a client management role in branding or a related industry.

You'll also need to demonstrate an understanding and belief in the work we do here at Principals.
