Our client is a leading provider of outsourced mortgage processing solutions and they currently have an opportunity within their Mortga
ge Verifications Team. This is an ongoing temporary role which could lead to permanent employment.  Based in Melbourne CBD.

  • Managing a pipeline of mortgage files 
  • Ensuring that all special conditions have been met in accordance with lenders requirements
  • Verifying the allocation of new files (mortgage documents)
  • Following up on any missing or outstanding information
  • Liaising with solicitors, clients and brokers
  • Calculating fees and charges
  • Preparing Certification and sending to clients once the settlement is booked
  • Arranging cheques for settlement

  • A solid understanding of the mortgage process
  • Previous back office mortgage processing experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication & customer service skills
