Daniels Recruitment Pty Ltd Accountant Job Vacancy in Australia

Every now and then a role becomes available that is nearly too good to be true.  An excellent work environment.  Progressive partners.  Plenty of career development.  And best of all, plenty of client contact.

Possessing a management style of empowerment and engagement, this local Newcastle firm have grown considerably over the last four years and with plans afoot to grow even bigger, this could be the right time to join this enthusiastic, friendly and highly professional team.

Having attracted accountants from both small and large firms, the feedback from the entire team is quite clear, this firm is a great place to work, learn and progress.

With a realistic workload placed upon you, you will be provided with excellent "on the job" mentoring by the Partners and Senior Managers, and be continually encouraged to participate in all internal and external training workshops.

You will also be encouraged to embrace more client contact, once again allowing you to make positive steps in your career.

While working in a firm that offers a variety of solutions and services to businesses within the Hunter and surrounds, you will find that the responsibilities and tasks entrusted upon you will be predominantly tax/business services focussed.   Your workload will be managed to ensure that your day goes quickly while at the same time increasing your general accounting knowledge.

As mentioned previously, this firm is ready to grow again and is now seeking an accountant whom has completed their degree and possesses a minimum of four years chartered accounting experience within a Business Services environment (within Australia).  Ideally you are about to commence your CA or CPA.  You may also have completed a few modules.  Assistance will be provided for you to achieve this challenging part of your life.

As the team you would be joining is fairly vibrant and friendly, you will need to be comfortable forming new relationships and sharing in your experiences.  (This is why I feel that this firm has had so much success in retaining their staff and continuing to grow.)   You will also need to be approachable as you may be asked to assist in the development of a few trainees, graduates or intermediates.

If this sounds like a firm that you may be interested in working with, please don't hesitate to call me and find out more.

For a confidential discussion on this position, please contact Daryl Daniels on (02) 4965 5368 or apply now by following the instructions below.

Please note that initial discussions and interviews can be conducted after hours to assist with confidentiality and your busy work schedule.
