Following a period of growth and expansion, this newly created role will be a key member of the senior leadership team.  Your primary focus will be to lead academic staff in the implementation of consistent pedagogy and assessment practices as well as encouraging innovation within teaching and learning.

As Director of Staff Services you will take responsibility for the development of a student-centered, intellectually challenging, diverse and integrated curriculum.  Further, you will lead the development, implementation, and review of policies, practices and procedures and manage the teacher's accreditation, working with children check, workers compensation, back to work rehabilitation, work health safety, budgeting and professional development.

You are firstly a qualified accredited teacher with 80% release time from face to face teaching, you should demonstrate an understanding of current and future trends in teacher professional learning.  You should also demonstrate advanced facilitation, communication and relationship management skills including an ability to influence, negotiate and build productive working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

You will be working under the NSW Catholic Independent Schools (Teachers) Multi- Enterprise Agreement 2015-2016.  Your salary will be classified accordingly with a 3 points allowance.
