Our highly successful financial planning practice located in Castle Hill is currently seeking an experienced Client Services Administrator to support its Managing Director. This firm has a solid HNW client base consisting of SMSF's, corporate executives and self-fund retiree's and w
e are looking for a bright, confident person to provide high level support.
The Role:
  • Handling client phone, email and non-advice queries.
  • Participation in client meetings.
  • Implementation of superannuation and investment SoA / RoA strategies.
  • Finalising advice documents for presentation to clients
  • Complete and follow up all administration associated with financial planning advice and implementation.
  • Liaise with clients regarding the progress of their implementation.
  • Co-ordinate client reviews and prepare all documentation for client meetings.
  • Create and lodge all applications as well as liaise with Fund Managers
  • Diary management and scheduling all client appointments.
  • Maintaining client data within COIN software.
You will be:
  • Working with a portfolio of complex clients, you will be responsible for providing client services and administration support to existing clients along with prospective new clients.
  • You will have at least 5 years industry experience, ideally in financial planning with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise your own workload.
  • You must have strong verbal and written communication skills as you will be working closely with clients and financial providers.
  • Experience with COIN and Wrap platforms is preferred, together with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • A Diploma of Financial Planning qualifications and/or a degree will be highly regarded.
