Lismore Heights Sorts Recreation & Commnity Club Bar & Operations Supervisor Job Vacancy in Australia

You will be a skilled supervisor that is experienced in all facets of Club operation. You will understand our Clientele, our Club culture and be a team player with all of our staff. 

We need someone to:
  • Join our team roster, including days, nights & weekends
  • Develop and maintain policies, processes and procedures
  • Be able to jump straight into it! You will know how to operate and troubleshoot gaming machines, finance reconciliation, bar & cellar operations as well as reception, Membership & function/event co-ordination.
  • Act as 2IC
You will already have a current and valid RSA & RCG competency card and potentially have tertiary qualifications in hospitality or management.
The role will include:
  • Bar
  • Gaming
  • Reception - meet and greet Customers & Club entry requirements
  • Memberships (Application & Database updating)
  • All other Bar related duties – Stock Control
  • Staff Rostering
  • Hiring of Club facilities & co-ordination of Functions/Events.
  • We are open 7 days a week.
To be successful you must:
  • Be Passionate about Hospitality as a career
  • Have professional presentation & grooming
  • Be willing to perform a variety of tasks.
  • Have at least 2 years experience in Hospitality, Bar, Gaming or similar
  • Be able to work shift work (meaning days, nights, weekends & holidays)
  • Have an up to date RSA & RCG
  • Have Excellent communication skills both Written & Verbal
  • Have up to date references and
  • Qualifications in Hospitality preferred but not essential
