  • Maintain and develop technical capabilities to successfully deliver services and manage risks
  • Maintain and develop client relationships
  • Support achievement of business plan targets and participate in business development
  • Prepare and issue fee proposals to clients
  • Undertake marketing activities with existing and prospective clients
  • Processing projects from fee proposal through to certification/completion
  • Provide BCA compliance assessment reports and collate certification/building permit documentation for projects
  • Undertake due diligence inspections and building audits
  • Liaise with Councils and Authorities as required
  • Manage project files
  • Act as a mentor to junior staff members
  • Formal Building Surveying Qualification / Accreditation
  • 5+ years' experience in Building Surveying
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Building Code of Australia associated standards
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Current Class C drivers licence
  • Ability to demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrate effective analytical and problem solving skills.
