Established boutique agency seeks a receptionist to join a dynamic and high performing office with a stunning newly renovated office.
Having operated for over thirty years, Harris Tripp, is a well-respected real estate agency located in the heart of Summer Hill among a variety of cafes, eateries and lifestyle precincts.


Your key responsibilities will include;
  • Answering and diverting calls
  • Meeting & greeting clients
  • Update open for inspection lists
  • Post out notices to owners and tenants as required
  • Collate marketing folders
  • Mail, banking, filing 
  • General support 
  • Diary management

Your highly developed organisational skills will enable you to work on multiple tasks at any one time, whilst keeping a positive attitude. You will be immaculately presented and possess strong written and verbal communication skills
