About the role
My client is seeking a Customer Solutions Associate to join the leasing team within a leading investment bank. As a Customer Solutions Associate you will be responsible for customer enquiries end to end whilst also managing enquiries ranging from simple document requests to more complex solution-based enquiries. To be successful in this position you must possess a passion for customer service, proven track record of using initiative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Managing Inbound/Outbound calls.
  • Taking ownership of client queries both phone and email based as the first point of contact.
  • Working on a number of requests at any given time under set deadlines.
  • Liaising with internal teams to resolves issues.
  • Working independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of client service.

Essential Criteria
  • Strong communication skills (Written and verbal)
  • The ability to work individually or as an active team member.
  • Knowledge & experience of working in a customer service role
  • Experience & capability in the delivery of exceptional customer service
  • Negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong numerical ability coupled with high attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in working in financial services
